Ashtanga yoga is a set of tools that has been carried from generation to generation and arrived in my life when I was very young. The way I try to pass on the ashtanga yoga knowledge is through love, care and technique.
Yoga is a every day dance, where I align me , my mind and nature. Its fun and very introspective. I don't believe in pain as a good way to do yoga. Yoga is a form of art, its the expression of your being.
If you ever want to meet a yogi from the mountains. the only true one I have ever met is Rolf. He is an inspiration. His simple way of life represents everything yoga should be.
Rolf Naujokat began his yoga studies in North India in 1975 with Japa Kriya, traditional hatha yoga and pranayama. He was certified to teach the Ashtanga yoga system by his guru, Sri K.
