A full week of Ashtanga yoga practice plus two workshops with the theory behind what you will be working during this week. Main focus on how yoga is a direct connection to the traditional Indian medicine "Ayurveda" and how the elements can be balanced with practice. 

Back bending principles- expanding and contracting with an intelligent mind. Gaining roots to expand. 

Forward bends principles - activating your digestive system by fortifying your body from the core -  keeping a strong mind and increasing your focus on gravity.

Workshops description

In this workshops, we will explore the Principles of Ayurveda and how they are present in your Yoga practice. 

We will use backbending and balancing asanas to explore the theory. 

You will learn to break through your limits and increase your concentration, and spiritual intelligence.



Xico: Authorized level 2 by the KPJ Ashtanga Yoga Institute in Mysore, India, Xico has been studying and practicing yoga for over 20 years.  

He has lived in India and studied Ayurveda in depth close to his teachers. 

He is a generous and open hearted teacher who believes in sharing the essence behind the practice of yoga.
